The Battle To Beat Malaria will get its European festival premiere at the prestigious international AFO film festival. 

Taking place on the 23rd-28th April in Olomouc, Czechia, our malaria vaccine film will be screened at the world's oldest science film festival. It's a real honour to be selected and to be part of the festival again, with our other vaccine film Horizon Special: The Vaccine having competed in 2022. And it's not just our films about vaccines that the event seems to favour - this is a remarkable 6th time Wingspan projects as directed by Cat Gale have been selected for the prestigious competition. The Joy of Logic and The Joy of Winning were previously bestowed as overall winners of the internatonal science film competition.
